CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the no show policy in its entirety! To ensure fairness to all clients, a 100% service fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive more than 12 minutes late or fail to show up, the full service fee will still apply. Thank you for your understanding.
